Ms Davis is the apt rental manager and be careful she is very fake. She will smile in your face and if there is anything she doesnt like about you she will see to it your car gets towed! The place is swarming with kids that have no where to play so they are in the halls (which echoes terriably) the play grounds equipment need repair and there is no order when it comes to the drugs and crime ... they have to get rid of her if they expect the place to come up into decent standards.. She gets after the wrong people because those kids seem to be very comfortable with vandalizing the place ... the place isnt worth what they are asking... we pay 945 after living her for 4 yrs... but started off at 745. The place is worth 450-500... the manager is a busy body and is in everyones business.. if you can at all help it.. dont move here... I blame who ever owns the building for not making the place a better place to live. I think im going to report them for having faulty play equipment.

I agree. Ms. Davis is a busy body, and who is feeding the cats? They are everywhere. I must say, however, that Ms. Marcia has been very helpful on a couple of different occassions.

i love Mrs Marcia i don't live there anymore but you are on point about Mrs Davis nosey and tell everybody business to other resident if you don't kiss herass she treat you like ---- and your kids
