I strongly urge folks to look elsewhere. Calvert Hall is a dump, a bug infested with the full swing of break-ins. Not enough parking spaces and no place for children. What they call a playground is a 3x5 rug. You can't even stop outside and talk with your neighbors before the rental manager drives up and starts yelling at you to move.

I am a fairly new tenant her at Calvert Hall, and I am truly totally satisfied residing here. She is absolutely correct in regards to Ms. Davis; she is one of the sweetest women you'll ever want to meet and exhausts all means easible to assist everyone. The office staff and maintenance crew are great. In the few months I have been living here, I know have a daughter and grandchildren also residing here. So I guest you can say we are all family.
