I'll start by tell you that these are really nice apts to live in, but it's not worth being hassled by the rental office with constant rent increases. I moved in in 1999 paying $830 for one of the 3br, 2ba. Here in 2001 the rent is now nearly $1100. Renewal of the lease usually means you'll get fresh paint and carpet cleaning, but not here. You may get a "special rent rate" $10 dollars cheaper than the month to month. You have a problem with one of your bathrooms, don't fret, the maintenance has better things to do like open the storage rooms for 14yr olds to have parties!!! And besides you have another one!! Not to mention, dealing with the people in the rental office is a real "peach" if you happen to catch them during their 2hrs of business. Sparks flying from your fuse box has to be a problem you caused by constantly changing those blown fuses.

I guess for security, or at least that's what they said, they mounted these huge spot lights at each corner of the buildings. Well.... If you are the lucky person on the 3rd floor, it's will be a great adventure having DAYLIGHT 24HRS.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would even spare my enemies from this.
