I recently moved out of Cambridge Crossing after living there for over 3 years. I watched the difference in the property once Realty Management took over the property. Don't let the convienance of this property fool you. The Staff, this includes the rental office, mainteinance and the corporate office all need to revisit there mission statement where it says "our tenents and our community is our highest priorty" that is a bowl of crap. For one year ((((ONE)))) year I had no air condition, no dishwasher and a washing machine that leaked into my neighbors apartment, with each complaint (once a week) I was told by the MANAGER that those items were luxury items and that when other more important items where taken care or that I would be serviced. When I moved out of my building four other tenants where moving within the same month.
