1. Located on a drug strip (Greenlawn Drive)
2. Infested with roaches, mice, crack heads, tigers, lions, bears oh my...
3. Neighbors are loud. (I thought I heard a mariachi band playing in my hallway one night and guess what they were.)
4. Where's the on site laundry facility.
5. Not enough parking to accommodate number of rental units.
6. No visitor parking (Visitors will get towed and threatened... I know for fact.)
7. Free AC equals old filthy air conditioning unit in window.
8. Constant fighting amongst neighbors.
9. Non secure mailbox. (My mail has been stolen on numerous occasions. Due to its ancient nature one does not need a key to open my mailbox or any mailbox in these units.)
10. Thin walls (while sleeping I could here my neighbors coughing)
11. Constant sound of gun shots ringing through my parking lot. (Especially on New Years Eve... I felt like I was trapped in a shooting gallery.)
12. Maintenance man that does absolutely nothing, but always looks busy. Definite panty sniffer. (Did I mention there's one for the whole complex')
13. Your car will get vandalized. (Stolen license plates, dents, spit, urine and the occasional drunk on your hood)
14. No heat in the winter. (Why bother calling maintenance if he doesn't know how the system works.)
15. Why go to a bar when you can join your neighbors on your front steps (you know the types that refuse to move when you're trying to get into your apartment)
16. On site dating service, from your apartment to your car you'll get propositioned a thousand times.
17. Lost your keys, no problem, just nudge your door and it will pop open.
18. Nothing to do on the weekend free on site entertainment (just sit in your apartment and listen to your neighbors constant blaring of music all night long.
19. Feeling lonely just step into your hall way you definitely have some new friends to hang with.
20. Don't feel like making that journey to the dumpster, just leave your trash in the hallways like everyone else or even better toss it out your window and hope it doesn't land underneath your window so you won't be incriminated.

The parkig situiation and the laundry rooms still little hard to get to but everything else has gotten so so much better.
