Can I get an HONEST and UNBIASED opinion from current residents; on the Canonbury Square Apartments' (Preferably tenants living at the complex within the last year or two; or the past 5 to 8 months) Thank you!
(1) LOCATION/SAFETY: Is the apartment safe...how is the surrounding area' Is it safe'
(2)LOITERING: Is loitering a major issue or concern'
(3) PEST CONTROL: Is there a problem with infestation of insects or rodents'
(4) NOISE LEVEL: Are the walls super thin (can you hear you neighbors every move)...Is noise level a big issue'
(5) OFFICE STAFF: Is the office staff professional and provide you customer service'
(6) MAINTENANCE: Is there a big problem with maintenance issues...Is the maintenance crew prompt (is it a big hassle to get things fix)'
(7) TENANTS: Does certain tenants degrade or bring down the community or do they keep to themselves'
Once again...Can I get an HONEST and UNBIASED opinion. Thanks to all who reply.
