I actually lived here twice, I lived here in 2000 for 6 months in a 2br/2ba, and then I lived here in 2002 for 6 months in a 1br/1den. My 2 bedroom was excellent, the entire setup of the apartment, new appliances, etc. The only problem with these apartments is there is not enough space, not enough closet space unless you have a 2 bedroom. The 2 bedrooms are excellent. The 1br/1den, was a bad idea. I have never had a problem with maintenance, roaches. When I lived in the 1br/1den, I actually hated it, it was on the ground level. I alwasy had a problem with bugs. The best thing like everybody else said is the washer/dryer. I would only recommend a 2 bedroom.
