I have lived in Cypress Creek for almost a year and I have had to deal with many of the same issues regarding maintenance as many of the other people who have voiced their opinions. However, my problems with manintenance pale in comparison to the fact that I was car jacked in the parking lot of my complex in November of 2003. Live here at your own risk!
