Almost anywhere is better than here. STAY AWAY!!!!! From: mddc Date posted: 6/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I lived in Cypress Creek Apartments for two years. Initially drawn in by the washer and dryer in the apartment, I soon realized it was poor compensation for what I had to endure: 1) Continual leaks in my kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom the whole time. Electrical appliances were ruined and the ceiling fell down more than once. 2) Maintenance was very, very slow to repair ceiling leaks, to unclog drains, to fix dryer,etc. They were rude, messy and unprofessional when eventually getting around to halfway fixing something. 3) Management was extremely rude and condescending. They were very unprofessional as well. 4) Rent was raised an exorbitant amount the year after I moved in, with no improvement in living conditions. 5) Parking was terrible. I often had to park several hundred feet away from my apartment. 6) I had roach and bug infestations that NEVER went away! Exterminators' What exterminators'
