Nothing was done at the time of my move-in. Nothing. I have been here two years and the rent has gone up but the maintenance still hasn't been completed. There are roaches, loud neighbors, the management people suck- just stay out of the office.

I am a single woman living here with a child and I don't feel safe at all. First the maintenance guy told me he lays pipe call him if I needed some laid.

They are so into money that your needs are non existent. They don't do anything except ride around on their little golf cart. My blinds are so rusty I'm scared I'm gonna cut myself and die. Oh, and these are the same ones I've asked to have change for two years now. They have changed management- without any info to residents. Oh, don't forget the crime. When I moved in there were notices of muggings in the parking lot BEFORE people went to work. Some guys got mugged in broad daylight by gun. A neighbor shot someone in the head in the apt. The only way I knew was cause the police asked me questions.
I can't take it. Its like living in HELL.

The only good thing is the washer dryer.
Plus, the insulation is so bad that I might as well be living outside for what I pay for electric. The appliances are old and they won't let them die. They keep trying to resucitate them. Don't do it.
