I lived in Cypress Creek for about a year. The management staff constantly changed and was unprofessional. They consistently lost paperwork and never returned phone calls. The only way to get something done was to go to the office in person.

The safety was horrible. I stayed on Timber Creek Terrace; the parking lot was poorly lit; one of my neighbors got car jacked in the parking lot; some one in the building across from mine was evicted and their belongings were left in the parking lot for weeks. People used to go through their stuff and take what they wanted.

The buildings have no doors so 1. the hallways are always filled with bugs, 2. anyone can have access into your building and walk right up to your door.

The walls and floors are thin so I heard every time the neighbors below me argued which was basically everyday. After I moved out, my roommate stayed a couple of extra months and she told me that one night she heard them arguing, and a gun went off. The woman that lived there went running outside yelling that her brother had been shot, an ambulence and police came. The police knocked on our door asking if everyone was ok because the bullet went into the ceiling.

Overall, I hated Cypress Creek. I couldn't wait to leave and AS SOON as my lease was up I went to Kaywood Gardens and I love it there!

Kaywood is the Ghetto. But Cypress Creek has ghetto, unreliable and unprofessional people running it.
