I have been living in CC for about eight months now and i love it. I have not had any problems with the maintenance or with the staff in the rental office. Everytime i call they are there the next day if not no later then the following day. The only thing i dislike about the apartment is the Electric. It is highly expensive but what do you expect when everything runs on electric. The apartments are convient because they have washers dryers and dishwashers in every unit. No one hangs in front of my building, and i have honestly never seen anyone in front of any others either. Yes i occacially have to park kind of far from my building when others have company but they dont complain when they have to do the same for me so thats fine. You get what you pay for!!!!!
