The people in that office are so unprofessional. They make a mistake and blame you. They lose your check or money order and you get a notice from the sheriffs.
The end all be all' When you purchase a home you have to get a rental verification document signed. The wrong person signed it improperly. And when the underwriter for the mortgage loan called to verify that this was a legit place someone in that office hung up on the lender for asking too many questions. I did not get that loan because they can't prove that this is a real complex. Want more...' WAIT and see because the mortgage loan incident just happened TODAY (June 2006)
