Management sucks , but apartments ar good

Cypress reek apats, is one of the best apat that i have lived in, i've been here for 3yrs now and have no problems, although the maintenance team are ver slow and the Leasing and business offices are Ghetto as well, especially the collections officer Tawanda Greenwell, she looks like albert einstein on crack and ver ghetto, she threatens the resident about eviction when they are late with rent. anyway above all that, Cypress Creek is a great place live but the leasing staff needs to be changed
