Cypress is a great place to live. Maintenance requests are generally handled in a reasonable time frame. The streets is nice and clean, and it's real quit and peaceful. Once drawback to living here is the incompetence of the staff, they don't communicate, one person will tell you one thing while the other tell you a whole different story. Moreover, the electric bill is outrageous! If they could find qualified staff with better organizational and communication skills, it would make it a whole lot better.
