Unless you have no other place to go, you don't want to be here. Here's a quick run down:

Management -- They will ignore everything you have to say, so after a short while, you will stop wasting your time!! Is ran by a very incompetent person, and the other staff don't seem as if they graduated high school. They've gotten my lease payments wrong three times, and I keep getting letters saying I owe because they don't even know how to work their own computers. I did a rental refereal when I first moved in, and was supposed to get a $400 referral bonus; well I'll be moving out, and still haven't seen my referral bonus, and I've filled out the paperwork three times.

Apartment -- Yes there are a few mice in the walls. Maintenance has come to my building twice to place mice poison in my closet and behind my refrigerator, and I still manage to catch a mouse a couple times a month. The apartments are VERY POORLY INSULATED, meaning you have to keep your heat on in the winter. And the apartments are on very old appliances that are as far from energy efficient as possible. What does that mean' It means you only pay electric, but the electric bill is rediculous. I had a bill between $500-$650 (no exageration), for November thru February.

They have also decided to move the Trash dumpsters right outside the apartments, bringing all the bugs right to your front door, and at night there are tons of them, and of course they are now creeping into the apartments. And management, read my first paragraph!!

Security is very shady, and have been a few occurences even where they have called tow trucks to tow cars just so their friends can get parking spaces. Also A few members of security have been behind some of the violence that goes on in the complex (and yet, they are supposed to be our security).

All in all, it has been a horrible experience, there's more I haven't even touched on, and I won't be here a day after my lease is up!
