While Cypress Creek is not the most luxurious place in the world, it had been pretty good for me (Late June move in). No mice, no roaches, no real problems with the staff, speedy maintainence, and cool interactions with neighbors.

There was a small mix up upon moving in about which apartment we were moving into (The worker weren't finished with the carpet and paint). But management after hearing our dissapointment made arrangements for the crew to come in early (6 am) the next morning and finish. We also recieved a gift card for the trouble of losing a half day.

Our A/C didn't function properly notified them on Sunday morning, Sunday evening got two new A/C units.

Called for small ant problem, following monday ant man shows and sprays, no more ants!!!

Pool is always clean and never crowded when we go.

We are a little pissed that EVERYTHING is ELECTRIC = high electric bill

but outside of that no real complaints.


You folks gotta remember that apartments are connected (like rowhouses). So your apt can be the picture of perfection clean, but nasty neighbors can spoil all your work.

I agree 100%. This rating gives a completely inaccurate representation of Cypress Creek. It was SO tough living there. The office is TOTALLY incompetent, and some of them have the worst attitudes--when you get them on the phone. Maitenance is really slow, and there was always some bug problem. They vary by building (I was so lucky to have a roach free apt, but the ant problem was completely out of control). It does depend on where you live in the complex, some areas are better than others but pray that you don't get put into the really bad section--people were actually using their neighbors electricity, stringing 50 feet of cord from one floor to another because they had no electricity. Which is understandable, since there is no insulation, your electric bills will go through the roof. Please do not base any decision to move in on that rating. SAVE YOURSELF.

Thats funny...Ive been living in apartments for years and this is the first one where I have very decent neighbors but cleary the apartments, staff, and maintenance are horrendous....Ive even lived in row houses and it was remarkable .Everything you said to give this place a perfect score. Either you are management or you are clueless...duh duh duh

I have to agree with lionheel on some things. Yes I've had problems too but they have been fixed, I guess visiting the office and asking for the property manager and telling them I will fo over their heads got things done. It took me 6 months, a lot of phone calls and telling the property mgr I would speak to the owners for me to get it. Every once in a while I will see a roach and I call. Then they gone. But that was all I've seen, thank goodness. The neighbors n my building aren't the friendliest, but f em'. I can't force you to speak. I think it's where you live. I'm next door to Lionheel. I've noticed they are doing some digging towards the back. I don't have people on the front, and HE!! yeah the electric is high, but so far no problems that me actin ignorant with the ignorant staff can't handle.

I have read your responses and seen the the rennovated apts. I am contemplating moving there. Out of curiousity, what range is the electric bill? It seems that is the number one complaint of being ridiculously high.

Honestly last summer June Jule and August averaged $150-$200 the rest of the yr $80-$100 Jan and Dec was $60s Feel free to ask any other questions I happy to help
