I'm currently a tenant here at Cypress Creek. For some reason I ignored all the warnings about the high electric bills, trust me they're outrageous. My past due balance is currently $800 for a two bedroom apt, which I usually only have one tv on with no lights. I have had problems with ants in the summer time, they were everywhere. Very disgusting. The fake ass exterminator the send out shows up with a tube of probably toothpaste squirts it in a few places and tells you everything will be better. Yeah right. It just got worst and the problem spread. We've had mice (multiple) which all they do is plug all the holes that they're NOT coming through, and I currently have waterbugs/big fat black roaches, and centipedes. I have literally killed 11 in the same area, the bathroom or the hallway next to my bathroom and my 2yr olds bedroom. I won't even bother notifying the rental office. They're a joke, even under the "new management". The living area is tiny, And there's no front doors on the buildings to give you an added piece of security. It also doubles as a welcome
mat for rodents. And the bright ass light in front my door only attracts all the bugs in Hyattsville. The rent isn't that great of a deal, especially since everything is ran off electric, including the water heater. I would honestly advise to look elsewhere. Oh and the pool is full of green fungus. Don't know WTF it is but it looks nasty. And the exercise room is a joke, it just looks good on paper as a selling point. Wooo, I think I'm going to copy this and make it my own review.
