My experience with Daniel's Run has been mixed. The parking is an issue and if you are not home by 9pm, you do not get a space and risk towing. The apartment complex does have a parking garage located at the bottom of each building; however, they charge an arm and a leg for the spaces it contains. The staff can be nice at times, but overall, they need some training on customer service. The managers can become nasty and unhelpful at times. Daniel's Run seems to be a training ground for managers, so the help is always changing. The managers seem inexperienced and can aid to the overall disappointment in service. The apartments are the nicest in the area and the maintenance is great. The walls are thick enough, but the ceiling could be thicker. At times, I could hear my neighbor upstairs coughing but could not hear a peep out of my neighbors next-door. The rent amount is high and utilities are not included (water is the only freebee). The neighborhood is a bit sketchy (there is a reason for the security alarms) and the neighbors can be unfriendly. The management has done very little to remedy these. Overall, the apartments are nice, but the general experience has left me with the question: Was the amount that I have paid for living in Daniel?s Run worth the experiences and drama I have received in return'
