I;ve been a resident at daniel's run for over 7 years. I have been through alot of property managers. I cannot belive that Southern management has such in experience manger in charge. He will tell you one thing and do the other, he is never in the office,and he never returns phone calls. The leasing agent helps the tenants with everything and she is always in the rental office. the maintainence staff is great.Just poor management. if what I heard is true about daniel' run being a training ground for property managers Its a terible idea. We pay top dollares to live at Daniel's Run and to have a crappy manager is terrible.
