This was a great deal- I lived in a 1BR apartment with 8 foot ceilings, a Washer/Dryer (in it's own laundry "room"), a large bathroom, large walk-in closet, large living room and large kitchen, with balcony and storage closet- for $995 a month. My wife and I searched all over and this was one of the best deals in the metro area. Parking isn't a problem unless you get home very late, and even then there's usually something, maybe not right in front of your building, but on the property.
Management was very responsive and always friendly- Russell helped with problems on several occasions and was always prompt and professional.
Parking in the garage was around $40 a month, reasonable compared to some places.
I never saw one bug, the apartments are very clean, and the maintenance crew is always around working on the buildings.
The area may not be the best, but I believe it is safe and had no problem walking around at night to the safeway and other stores across the street.

Russell no longer works at Daniel's Run. After Russell there was Cindy who was THE WORST! Now the people change every week it seems. It's awful!
