A year ago I wrote a really nice review but a lot has changed in 2005. The main problem is that the people who work in the rental office change everytime you blink. The new people are completely useless and know nothing about anything. It's virtually impossible to get anything taken care of anymore. Overall, the apartments are nice but they are a bit expensive. Parking is horrible. I pay $60 a month for a garage space because parking outside is hit or miss. All the spaces inside and out are very narrow so expect to tap doors. The surrounding neighborhoods are nothing to look at to say the least! And my building has a problem with silverfish or fire brats (a type of insect). If you visit you'll likely see a few in the halls and stairwells.
