I've lived here for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it! I searched high and low for places that offer what Daniel's Run does, but would always end up with at least 1 feature short, or the rents were way too high! Yeah, the rent is a nice chunk of change, but you get what you pay for. I hear about other places with pest/rodent problems or bothersome neighbors, and it just puts a smile on my face to know that I've never had those problems here. Since I have a roommate, the utility bills fluctuate. My bills have ranged from $75 to $180 - Worth every penny since we have our own washer/dryer and a fireplace! Parking can be tight sometimes, but having a garage space keeps me worry-free! Can't say I have much to complain about. The maintenance guys are quick to respond and always pleasant. The office staff is the only one I've dealt with, so I can't say they've improved from before, but they're definitely doing a great job! I rarely see or hear my neighbors, or any other parties for that matter. Everyone seems to keep to themselves. The apartment could be slightly bigger, but we've managed to make it work. The location is somewhat random, and the immediate surrounding areas look sketchy, but it's amazing how comfortable this place is. Wouldn't say I'd walk outside of the property by myself afterhours, but definitely wouldn't feel uncomfortable walking laps within the property. It's close to UMD, so I don't drag my feet too much to get to class in the mornings, and close to I-495 and DC for all my "extra-curricular" activities!
