I enjoyed living here because my apartment was spacious, neighbors were quiet and the building was clean. HOWEVER, when I moved out I was charged for things and when I called to inquire about them the Property Manager (Orin) acted as though he had done me a huge favor by explaining everything. He was consistently rude to me and I think I was fairly reasonable in my requests. Parking was another huge issue. They charged for parking in the garage but didn't have enough spaces for the tenants to park. There were ALWAYS empty spaces in the garage. It would have been nice if some of these were reserved for guests. To top that off they don't have any handicapped spaces near the buildings (and I'm not even sure if that's legal.) They're very inconsistent with enforcing the rules and I had a miserable time parking there. It was impossible to have guests past midnight. Several residents had their cars broken into when I lived there. Also, the fitness center is a joke and the resident center is VERY expensive to rent.

Overall, my experience was ok, but for the money I would have moved to another newer complex with better parking and a nicer property manager.
