Daniel's run is an ok place to live overall, but I do think it's overpriced. When I first moved in two and a half years ago, the rent was a bit higher than those of similar apartments in the nearby areas, but the difference seemed well compensated by the fact that the complex seemed well maintained, and it's a small community so it's usually quiet. But the rent is rising at a higher rate than those of other apt complexes in the area. After 2 and a half years, it's been adding up. Parking is horrible as many people mentioned, and after spending a few months of miserable evenings trying to park your car after a long day at work, you eventually end up having to pay extra sixty-something dollars for garage parking. It's not a good value at all especially when you add in garage parking. That's why I'm moving out.

I also agree with the bad reviews on the management. We've had several property managers for the past two and a half years, it seems like southern management uses Daniel's run as their training ground for the inexperienced managers. Managers are unfriendly, and all talk and no action. They seem okay at first, but when it comes to attending to the concerns of residents they are just useless. The current manager Orin is cold, unfriendly and down right rude at times. He needs some serious training on customer service. Jessica is great, though. I hope she is not leaving before I move out. The common grounds are usually well maintained and the maintenance guys do their job, but the horrors of dealing with rude and useless managers outweighs any positives.

Overall it's okay place to live,,,but you can do better especially with the current price. Keep looking!!!

ok since it wont let me say curse words..i dont put up with b.s. haha and that sux about parking im really not wanting to pay extra since rent is already so much..thats ridiculous
