I moved into Daniel's run because of a relatively high ratings on this website about a few years back. However, it is unbelievably terrible place regarding the safety and service. I could not even take a walk around the area on a sunny day because of the safety issues. There is a wooded area right across the apartment complex. I often saw some people drinking in the area in broad day light. God knows what was happening there at night.

Oh, I agree with the other people's complaints about the apartment manager, Orin. The Southern Management should have trained him first.

Move-out was not just a headache; it was a migraine. You will see what I mean when you move out.

I wouldn't trust some high ratings below. Do not move to this area.

Can anyone recommend a better apartment complex than Daniel's Run? I am really concered with safety.

I've never felt unsafe at Daniel's Run. If you're considering living here, don't let this one person's opinion scare you off. Just go check out the complex see for yourself.

i hate how ppl say stuff about safety when its about the normal stuff..robberies..and hoodlums..thats everywhere..u cant get away from that no matter where u go..just need to look at how often it happens...
