This place is pretty nice, and I've enjoyed my time mostly. Here are some problems to look out for... Despite what they may tell you about "luxury," be warmed that the kitchens have ugly cabinets that are losing their cheap coating. The appliances are really old and not that energy efficient. Parking sucks because you can't have guests without getting a guest pass which can only be picked up during office hours. Don't even think of having guests if you haven't planed a day or two in advance to get a pass. Makes you feel like you're in high school. ***Think long and hard about moving here before asking them about the parking situation!!!*** The manager should really go as well. He's not that friendly and doesn't seem to be on top of his job. You should only deal with Jessica and avoid him at all costs. She's the only thing that makes going in the rental office tolerable.

well it seems everyone likes jessica we should work on getting rid of orin and making her the new management for everyone to deal with.
