I have lived here a year and I am reasonably satisfied with this complex. Jessica is excellent and always helpful. I have not had many dealings with Orin, but when I have, he has always been pleasant.

The walls are a little thin. I feel I should not have to hear the phone ringing next door or every foot step that the people living above take. However it's not so disturbing that I can't live with it, it's just noticeable.

My one major complaint is the pet policy. I think it is highly unreasonable that dogs are not allowed, not even small dogs. This is probably one of the major reasons I would move out.

I have a parking garage space and that is so convenient. It's under the building you live in, so you do not have to walk outdoors to get to your apartment. Elevators are very convenient for lugging groceries upstairs. Outside balcany storage is a definite plus as well as the washer & dryer in each unit!

The grounds always look very pretty and I rarely see trash lying around. The grounds are enclosed within a fence, so I have never felt unsafe. The neighborhood may not be the most glamorous, but not unsafe. You are very enclosed within this community and it seems very private. The buildings have locked access and alarms on every apartment.

I think this complex has great features for the price. Very closely located to DC!!

Parking really sucks at this place. I'm not sure what this person is talking about, as they must not have any friends. The garages are convenient for "lugging groceries" but don't really help solve the fact that this place HAS NO VISITOR PARKING!!!!!

To clarify the parking situation for those considering Daniel's Run, visitors can park anywhere they like before 10 pm. If you have someone staying after 10 pm, you need to get a parking pass from the office (which you need to plan ahead for, since the office closes at 5:30). It can be annoying if you want to have a party and expect people to stay late, but that also means that I've never had to be annoyed by someone else's big late-night party.
