Great Complex

I have lived in Daniel's Run for a year and I only have praises for the complex. Despite old appliances in the kitchen, the apartment is really cozy and well maintained (when we moved in the walls were freshly painted and we had new carpet). We have never had a rodent or insect problem, except for a bee infestation in our porch banister. And for your utilities, maintenance is quick to respond to problems. Despite being located in Hyattsville, the apartment is in a safe little niche. I have returned to my apartment numerous times late at night and have never felt unsafe. Jessica in the leasing office is really nice and helpful if you have any questions. Overall, it's a great complex. My only complaint would be the location. Although it's just minutes away from 495, it's several miles from the nearest metro, making a commute downtown to work expensive with the $4.25 daily metro garage fee. But that's my only complaint, and the price of $1425 isn't bad for the quality and safeness.
