I lived in the complex for a year.. It was relatively well maintained.. Never was there a bug or rodent problem. Jessica and Orin always appeared pleasant, and maintenance issues were always fixed the same day the call was made.. The area is however a bit sketch (to say the least), but I m not the outdoorsy type that wants to take walks and the likes, so it didn t bother me much.. I hear there were a few car break-ins and an assault or two... but I drive an old car, and I only went outside to get in my car. The complex is extremely expensive though... cheap if you consider them luxury apartments but with kitchen cabinets and appliances like that I'm not sure how you could, that fact alone made them your usual overpriced apartments with great lawns and even more overpriced hidden parking garages. O and parking is a serious problem... after 9 it simply doesn t exist. And while I could never hear my next door neighbors, I knew waaay too much about the neighbors above me (thin ceilings). And to make matters worse at the end of my lease they notified me of a rate increase. I moved. All in all it was far too expensive considering the overall living conditions offered. And the move out was a nightmare, my head/wallet still hurts. I don t regret the time spent, but the money well.. I'm still grieving.
