I have been at Daniels Run for several years now.

Pro:

* Excellence response time from the maintenance crew. Utilized their services several times and each time it was a breeze.
* Jessica in the front office IS Daniels Run
* Beautiful looking buildings. Its like coming home to a cottage instead of a prison like towering apartments feel like.
* Enjoy the DVD check out counter in office.
* Office takes care of my packages/mail during the weekday when I am not available to sign or accept.
* There tends to be police from the local department parked with their engines running late at night watching over the complex
* Continuous communication with tenants with notices and flyers in boxes, walls, on doors, etc.
* The grounds are well maintained by staff so the trees, grass, flowers, etc. are beautiful. The apartment hallways and elevator are kept clear by housekeeping.

Con:

* The appliances are old. They do tend to break down which they fix but I question if they are energy efficient anymore.
* Since the apartment is older it goes without saying the kitchen cabinets are old, scratched, painted over, the grout in the bathroom is coming up.
* The AC is very loud and is not really effective.
* Parking can be a problem sometimes unless you pay for an inside building parking spot.
* Recycle Cans and Garbage Cans fill up quick and have tendency to be overflowing quite frequently especially on Sundays.
* Security on garages and front doors are pointless since tenants and staff constantly leave doors and the garage wide open so anyone can get in.
* They charge way too much extra for apartments that are currently being renovated. They all need an update but the price should not jump that amount. Not justified.
* They have a contract with Robey to tow peoples cars. Robey is a rip off that performs predatory towing. Since it is impossible to get a guest past make sure people do not stay overnight or they'll lose their cars... that is even if you found parking in the first place....
