I lived at Daniels Run from June 2003 - March 2008. I moved to an apartment in Laurel, MD and regretted my decision ever since. I moved back to Daniels Run in April 2009 and I have never been happier. Jessica and Oren were very nice and it was easier since I was a returning resident. I have a full size washer and dryer in my unit. The only utility I pay for is electric (pepco) no gas or water payment. I have a 1 Bedroom apartment and I have ample living room space and a nice size kitchen, bathroom and bedroom . I have a huge walk-in closet. I rent a space in the garage and it is one of the best amenities. I'm going to love not having to shovel snow in the winter. The community is kept up nicely and the maintenance people are great!!!

The community is quiet. No kids hanging out or running up and down the street. Their is a little strip mall across the street that has a rite aid , 7 eleven and popeyes. The only thing we need is a gas station.

I came back to this community because I felt safe, the staff Jessica and Oren are phenomenal and the ammenties are exceptional.
