Parking: Assigned Spaces - tenants will occassionally do annoying things like park in your space, park in the middle of their space and your space, park in the fire lane which makes it hard to get into the uppermost spaces.
Noise: Occassional loud music but not often., The noise really is tenants talking loudly in the hallway which echoes. Use a weatherstrip under your front door to block the sound.
Grounds: Very clean
Safety: Good Lighting
Construction: Good
Maintenance: Good
Staff: The best!
Overall: Close to shopping etc.,rear balconies back to Belcrest Plaza and the kids play on the grounds which is noisy in the afternoons. Tenants from Belcrest stand in the parking lot behind the Dean Manor balconies and talk loudly which is annoying if you like to open your balcony door and get fresh air through the screen door. Dean Manor is a jewel of a place situated behind a sometimes noisy Belcrest Plaza but on its own the apartment interior is beautiful.
Recommendations: I have recommended it to others with the caveat about rude parking habits, noise on the rear balcony from Beclrest and loud talking in the halls or loud doorknocking.
