I have lived in this complex since 1998. The realty company is stricly about making a profit. They no longer screen tenants. They don't respond to maintenance calls in a timely fashion. Just at their leisure. Only after numerous letters to the main office you might see some of your issues addressed, but don't count on it.

Numerous fights with young people, police have to be called several times a week. They only show up when a weapon is being brandished. There is security on the property, one hour during the day...never at night when fights break out. We are always told to call the police. parking is a nightmare...there is none. Numerous abandoned vehicles need to be towed. That has yet to transpire. Hispanic community is constantly drinking and littering all over the community. Kids run amok all over the property with no supervision.

If you like the police, move here. If you like seeing your neighbor being beat to a bloody pulp, this is the place for you. If you like to see your neighbor selling reefer,come on...holla! If you like living in "Hispanic Village Ghetto Land", this is the community...for you.
