I would not move my worst enemy into this complex. First of all they have a serious infestation of mice. Catching over 30 mice while living here so far is disgusting and the property manager apparently is not doing his job overseeing management to make sure that this problem ceases. Mr. Mendick does not care about the tenants he is very nonchalant when you speak with him and he is someone that I would not care to do business with. The laundry room is either used by people that do not live on the property, it is a bedroom for the homeless and a drug house for the crack heads. Between bedbugs, mice and roaches this is a terrible place to live. I had complained to the rental office about the mice and I was given sticky traps. I then complained about bedbugs I was given a plastic covering for my mattress and bed bug spray WTF is that. Bed bug spray never even new these thing existed. If you don't want to live in Little Havana do not I repeat do not move over here. Management is quick to put there version of an eviction notice on your door when you are late. Do they really expect anyone to pay on time in this dump. HELL NO!!!!. I have had it and I am out of here.
