Last Resort Rental From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at Graduate Hills for a year and I agree with the bad reviews on the management. Management is very uncooperative for everythign except accepting your rent checks. The apts are convenient for students who like to walk to class but the horrors of dealing with management outweighs this convenience. A word of advise do not take of the office staff's word over the phone and read carefully all of the agreements they make you sign.
