I have lived at Hamilton Manor for a year. On the first day I moved in I saw a roach, and ever since then it has been downhill. Although, the complex will spray your apartment every other week if you put a request in, they will not spray the whole building. Causing a mass exodus from your apartment to another and then back to you. Additionally, there are rats outside the building and sometimes mice inside the building. The property managers must be aware because they have large rat traps laid around. The apartment I am in,(will be moving soon) was not renovated (i am cheap, wanted the lower rate) so there is not a dishwasher. Also my car was broken into while here. I reported it to the office, whose answer was "you too", apparently someone else had the same problem. Ok, back to the pests, my collegue live here too and had 2 mice and was arguing with the staff about coming to remove the pest. So... If you don't mind pests, the apartments are large, fixtures old but not so expensive
