I agree that Hamilton Manor is by far the safest place to live in the area, but beware.
The pest problem is out of control. Every spring HUGE rats take over the complex. Currently there are only 2 tenants in mybuilding. The water leakage is a big problem. I have made the leasing office and corparate aware of the water problems and the roach infestation, and nothing is done. Sure they will spray every month, but thats like putting down more water. The leasing Agents will look you in your face and say that they have never had a complaint when they are well aware of the problem. I am trying to break my lease because of the mold and the roaches, and they are requesting that I pay the 2 months rent penalty. NO WAY. If you can deal with: knowing your children can be playing outside and a rat may attack them, or roaches crawling on you in your sleep, or possibly developing asthma due to the excessive mold. Move right on in

I agree me and my aunt lived here for about 3 years and it was horrible. When we first moved here we had no problems with roaches but after we got new neighbors under us it all went down hill. The ROACHES are unbelieveable. They are like 3 times deep if you know what i mean. I am so glad that we do not live there anymore. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Roaches i still dream about them every now and then.

Same people who run Hilltop Manor run this place. Same situation over there too. They should be shut down for this. It's disgusting how much money they are making off of these run down buildings. SLUM LORDS are what they are.
