I have been living in Highview Terrace apartments for a year now. And I find it quite nice. The place looks pretty safe because there are kids running around even after dark. Mostly, families live there. Parking is pretty ample. Office staff are very nice and friendly. Maintainance is timely.
Apartments are nice and big. We did not have any problem with the cockroach for the first half of the year, 08/02-02/03, but then cockroaches began to appear.

Price is relatively low.

I want to change to a one bedroom now and Highview does not have one available. If they had, I will choose to stay in this community.
