Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived for an year and overall the experience was good. roaches are a problem and will have to take preventive measures.
The management response for repairs has been quick and good.
the buildings are old but livable.
The only caution is pay your rent on time or you will get a notice immediately.
of late were getting news of some burglary.
