My mother has been living here since 92 and this has to be one of the best communities to live in. It is very secluded but lighted very well and police patrol the area on the daily basis. We recently got new armed security guards that are very irratating at times and think they are the police. You can't stand outside to talk to anyone because they will say you are loitering.

My apartment doesn't have any problem with roaches or mice but they are present and go unseen. The amount all depends on your cleanliness and your neighbors. There are kids, teenagers, and young adults that hang out outside when not being harassed by security but they are very respectful and polite when standing on the fronts and move outta your way. I have noticed that they are somewhat of a deterent to car thieves because there are rarely car thefts in the complex. At least at the top of the hill where I stay.

The Metro Bus comes right into the neighborhood which is very convenient for those that dont drive or dont feel like it. Maintenance responds accordingly at time to repairs and issues.

Hello, I am considering a move to this community next month (March '07). Does anyone have any updated information to share about the place (last posting was last summer of '06)? Current residents, former residents who've recently moved, friends of residents? How secure is the place for single females, for parked cars, for children playing on the property? Is the property maintained well indoors and outdoors (pool, playground, laundry room, bugs/vermin prevention, apartment repairs, etc)? What's parking like for residents and their guests? Are the leasing/management staff pleasant and professional? Overall would you still recommend this property?
