Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
My unit has flooded twice in 6 months. They put a temp patch on the pipe and it broke. my unit started gowing mold from the inside of the walls and it spreaded to inside my unit. The manitenance crew is wonderful but the Property Manager is a very slow when it to coarse of action for problems. I asked to be moved from the unit and still till this date have not been moved. so i pay and do wht i want when i like.
