i use to live at the kings park plaza and i must say yes,it is messy ect... but guess what,it`s the resident who messes up the complex.who you all think doing it'Ms. ------,the poperty manager'''Please,the residents dont keep their kids in check.the adults as well as kids litter the grounds,they break the doors ect...i have seen it with my own two eyes and then they turn around and complain about the property manager not doing her job.the residents are all grown people,take pride in where you live.i would recommend this apartment after the messy residents leave. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

You must be "doing her" too, because some of the problem children are her four heathens (that have been mentioned by name, thank you very much) and then when you have no heat, no AC, no gas heat and no working gas stove and "Ms. ------" is in the office with the doors locked, blinds drawn and moaning and groaning, you be sure and come back and tell us all about it!!!

This property is under new management and from the looks of things seems to be getting things in order. I forsee much improvements in the upcoming year.
