I was scheduled to move in there a while ago. When it was time for me to move in, the unit was not ready, and the had me locked up in the model apt until they tried to sort everything out. The leasing agent made up some excuse about the floors being wet.. (I was supposed to have wall-to-wall carpet). I was told to come the next day and everything would be sorted out. When I got there the next day, they showed me an apartment that wreaked of chemicals and marijuana! The walls were filled with tape and stickers, not painted, the carpet was placed over the floor schlack (which was still wet - there was a squishing sound when you walked through the apartment. There were 4 different color tiles throughout the bathroom. Tub was FILTHY!!, bathroom floor tile was mix-matched, and cracking - and where they had replaced tiles, it was done so sloppy that you saw clumps of caulking.

When I expressed my outrage, and demanded my money back. They tried to tell me that I would not receive my $400 security deposit because I didn't cancel within 24 hours of the move.. When I made a scene in the leasing office, they offered to cut me a check within 45 business days. I marched out of the office and called Kay Mgmt headquarters and explained to them my issue. The corporate office was very accomodation and sent my check via FEDEX with in a matter of days.

As I looked around the grounds are unkept; people working on cars all day long.

I wouldn't recomment this place to my worst enemy!

Agree whole heartedly....Management is very customer-disoriented
