I have had an interesting time at Kirkwood. The first few months was cool,I was in college and anyting was better than the dorms. Then the little crispy critters(roaches) wanted to invade my kitchen and play with my cat. I called many times for an exterminator but they periodically show up and not at your convenience. Every year my rent keeps going up and I don't know what I am paying for. The apartments are small..my neighbors are loud, they always shut the water off for "maintenance issues". Most of the people in the leasing office are cool but, that doesn't help the fact that problems are not addressed in a reasonable time. It can get loud and roudy..the crime is getting worse and you hear a constant parade of police and fire trucks down the street. Now that I am finished with school, I am ready to leave.
