Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I would only recommend this apartment as a LAST resort. It's okay if you in college and need a roof over your head. Keep in mind that the crime rate here is skyrocketing and that the management is shady. The best thing about this place is that the metro is a ten minute walk away and utilities are included. Another plus is that parking is free and right in front of your building.
But once again, if you have a choice... go somewhere else.
