I would like some honest feedback on these apartments because i am thinking about moving here

Honestly, I'm still here. I really want to move because I've grown out of this apt. It's not enough room at all. It's fine as a starter apt. that's close to the Metro (a huge plus) especially if you don't have a car. The other good thing about living here is the location...everything you need is pretty much 5 mins away. I did have a really really bad experience once where my ceiling collapsed in my bedroom because of the ceiling fan...but I can say they were here the next day and slapped a ceiling back up as quick as they could. I've been a witness to a car theft, several fights w/ knives...but what place doesn't have that here and there. (I dunno if this is helping or hurting... :] ) Seriously though, other than those incidents...it's been okay....Just okay. But I'm going crazy now because of the size. It's only like 440-485 sq ft or something. So bottom line for convenience and all uts included yes...size and not being able to control heat DEFINITELY NOT (catch22)! Safety...not so so bad. Maintenance...really good, if you're locked out...they will come pretty fast w/ no charge. 45-1hr if it's late. I pretty much know the key people who are cool to deal with. Front office...high turnover it's contstantly changing...but they seem nice for the most part. Oh, the Asian man at the kirkwood mini market...was extremely cool (at least to me) There are alot of kids...and during the summer the little wannabe thugs will be out...but for the most part no one bother's you. Hope this helps.

Trust me I have lived here for almost a year now I hate it. Parking is not the worst but it is really bad. We have to park like on the other side of the place way to far to walk at night with little kids. Now for the apartment. The worst. When you first move in you think you have fleas but turns out when you look at you Matress. When you first moved in it was one color but now it is black. there are bed bugs infested. When you call to tell them they say they are going to send someone to check it. You have to call back 3 more times and they tell you that you never called. The maintenance crew the worst. Don't mover here trust me you will not be happy.
