I lived in this apartment complex for a year and four months. As the property stays clean, and there is a cleaning crew that cleans the building every day, and you are in walking distance to the metro. The two bedroom is really a one bedroom and a closet. But worst of all MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE.... This represents the 10 mice that we were able to catch, but I do not know how many we seen in total. What did us in is when we found that a mouse had eat through the bread that was on top of the refridgerator. Oh, and I can not forget to mention that the apartment became in fested with bed bugs. I have never in my life lived in such conditions. We made the move to position ourselves to purchase our home. But we learned the hard way that when you go cheap you get what you pay for. This was the longest year of our lives. If you have the choice pay the extra for peace of mind.

OMG i had to ask my wife did she make this post because we have been here about 1 year and 9 months and we have experienced the same exact things even the mice running through bread on fridge we have caught maybe 11 or 12 when u go to rental office to complain they give you sticky traps and say GOOD LUCK the worst apartment EVER but CHEAP
