I made the mistake of moving here to try to save money. I should have known this place was trouble the minute I turned in my application. The rental manager answered my questions in a low voice when she didn't want to address the questions. They charged me some stupid move-in fee of like $250 that you do not get back when you move out. Then they did an incomplete credit check and assumed I didn't qualify although my credit and rental history were great.

The day I moved in my neighbor informed me that the DEA busted in an apt. in my building a week earlier. The next day the cable guy told me to be extra careful in this apt. complex. So at that point I was ready to go. I immediately went to the rental office to complain and they started acting even more shady.

While living here my heat didn't work for a majority of the winter. I was told I needed a whole new unit and it would take time to get one. I was given a small space heater to warm my whole apt., even thought I told them I had a 4 month old baby. When I did receive a new unit my electric bill came in for Jan. at a whopping $300. I'm sure they installed something wrong because I would turn my heat down to like 60 degrees during the day and would be gone from 7am - 8pm.

Finally I decided it was time to go when I witnessed a live shootout in the parking lot. Those are good in movies but bad where you really have to live. So I coughed up $1700 to get the hell out. Learn from my mistakes and don't move here.
