I have lived here in a ground floor apartment for over 2 years now and I absolutely cannot wait to leave. They gave me an apartment right smack dab underneath some of the most trifling Negroes I have ever encountered in my life. People who kept their stereo on full-blast 24/7 until I bought some audio firepower of my own to tame them with.

Did I mention the ------- head-shrinkers that live next door to me' Equally noisy and trifling. I can't say I had huge rodent or insect problems except for the occassional roach or waterbug and gnats and mosquitoes in the summertime. I have holes in my bathroom, bedroom, and living room ceilings. Some of them are my fault for letting my temper get the best of me, fighting the aforementioned trifiling Negroes, whose only purpose in life it seems, is to make sure I'm miserable for every waking moment I'm trying to spend time in my crib chilling out and relaxing. My garbage disposal is messed up and my kitchen sink is eternally clogged up.

The management sucks ass. Ms. JoEllen Childs is the worst Property Manager ever. I ask that lazy sloth of a woman to get me a 2-bedroom and she can't even be bothered to follow through and help me out.
